This is it! The last day to enter the Mountainsmith Lens Case Giveaway, from Flying With Fish, to win a set of Mountainsmith Lens Cases!
This brand-spanking-new set of Mountainsmith Lens Cases including the following three Lenses Cases; The Large, The Medium and The Extra Small. All three cases are sitting anxiously on my desk to head out and hit the streets of who ever wins them!
What do you need to do to win this set of Mountainsmith Lens Cases? You need to answer this question:
When Pan Am merged with National Airlines in 1980 what distinction did its fleet of aircraft boast that no other airline in the world could?

Just a hint…the answer to this question does not involve the following
– Business Class
– Clipper Class
– The Lounge (the first dedicated airline dedicated lounge was AA’s Admiral’s Club)
– 747SP (although the 747 plays into the answer)
– Sleeper seats (sleepers were pioneered by PanAm & BOAC with the B-314 in the 30s)
– Pan Am also did not operate an all Boeing fleet (THIS IS PART OF THE ANSWER!)
Keep in mind that the correct answer is directly related to the combined fleet of Pan Am and National Airlines after the 1980 merger.
How will a winner of the Mountainsmith Lens Case collection be determined? Simple…if one of the three people who got Answer #1 correct gets Answer #2 correct they’ll be the winner.
If no one gets both questions correct, all those who have correct answers will have their names written on a slip of paper. The slips of paper will be dropped into a hat and a name will be drawn.
