Traveling as a photographer is becoming more complicated with changes in security and airline regulations and profit margins shrinking for professional photographers. For photography enthusiasts traveling should be stress free and allow you the freedom to maximize your exploration of the world with your camera.

In an effort to help those who seek to travel as a photographer, and those who are not very experienced in traveling as a photographer, I have created two 1-day intensive travel photography Boot Camps.

These Boot Camps take participants out in the field, flying out of New York’s JFK and Los Angeles’ LAX, for 24hrs of utilizing lessons into real-world practice. The Flying With Fish ‘Get Up & Fly’ Boot Camps focus on the actual travel, packing, logistics, and deadlines of working on the road. The shooting and your vision is up to you, the keeping you moving throughout a day of inter-related lessons is up to me.

The two Boot Camps for January have limited space availability due to airline seat availability.  The Boot Camps are scheduled for January 9th in New York and January 23rd in Los Angeles.
