09/03/2009 – Your Opinion Wanted : New Logo For The Travel Strategist
Well, its almost here, the site you’ve all been waiting for (OK, probably none of you have been waiting for it), the new web site for The Travel Strategist.
It’s not up yet, but it’ll be popping up in the very near future. This site will be what the site should have originally been, an HTML site rather than a flash site. The new site will be more user friendly, more detailed, more professional looking and quite frankly a lot easier to use.
In short…I can’t wait!
In the days leading up to the launch of The Travel Strategist’s new web site I am seeking opinions on the new logo.  I know what I like, I know what I dislike, but sometime a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 137th, 138th opinion is good also.
So here it is, the current ‘new logo’

I’d make the blue just a bit darker. I like it light, but it’s a little too faded/similar to the white background.
I like the font though; it’s very simple and classy. Overall, a nice muted color choice that isn’t too flashy and comes across well in a subtle way.
